The 5* Strip North property has not yet been reported to to the board, it could be the Encore, but i'm not certain.

For the first Strip South property best guess(es) would be the Aria or the Bellagio, although while you should at least be prepared for both, the former is much more likely than the latter as the Aria appears much more frequently than the Bellagio.

For the second Strip South property my guess would be the Vdara.

In the US (and Canada) it is standard practice to show rates as room rate only and a separate line item for taxes/fees... whereas outside of North America rates are usually displayed 'all-in' as a total for the complete stay (including all nites, taxes, fees, etc)
