Priceline Hotel: 3.5* DC (White House - Downtown) Beacon Hotel

First I tried $80 for a 4 star in the downtown area, it was rejected. Next attempt was $82 for a 3.5 star. Accepted at the Beacon Hotel, was hoping for a Kimpton, but am hopeful that its nice.
