I believe there may have been more amenities than you listed in your post, which would not have been seen unless you clicked the 'See all' link during the check-out process.

Here is the list from the email. I can assure you that the spa services was NOT included in the amenity set before (when) I booked. I looked for that specifically to rule out the hotel being the Madison. There were 2 other things that made me think it was the Peabody - it mentioned a $11.95 resort fee and also said "the last person booked got the Peabody."
