I'm aiming for winning $110 or less, based on posted winning. The express deal for MTW 4* w/ 8 rating was around $120. So I hopefully have a positive probability of winning lower than $110.

Anyways, I tried two bids and failed to win (using your link :-) ).

1. $90, Midtown West, 4* w/ 7 rating

2. $95, MTW and Time Square, 4* w/ 7 rating and above

Can you give a strategy to bid further today?

There is no way to bid for a particular property. You have to be willing to stay at *any* hotel within the selected zone/s at the selected star rating. Are you only interested in the Sheraton?
