Hotwire Hotel: Help ID in Puerto Vallarta 2.5*

I'd like to find out about those 2.5* hotels in downtown and south hotel zone.

The one in south hotel zone, with a keyword 'pet friendly', I think it's Hotel Hacienda de Vallarta Centro, which is listed under standard rate hotels. Does anybody know?

The one in downtown, which isn't showing any amenities, I have no idea which one.

The date: 11/30-12/7

2.5* Downtown Puerto Vallarta area: no amenities listed

2.5* South Hotel Zone area: free internet, pet friendly

Unfortunately, without amenities there is no way to narrow down the 2.5*, although I'd be cautious with the 35% approval rating.

The South zone has not yet been ID'd/reported to the board and with only a couple of amenities it's difficult to begin to narrow it down. It definitely may be something else, but the Costa Club Punta Arena would be a possibility.
