I called The Garden Hotel South Beach and they do not have a fitness center.

Could it be another hotel? or misrepresentation by Priceline?

Might be an issue with PRICELINE's description. Underneath their description you also see: "Grab a workout in the fitness room, or use the Internet in the business center. The hotel offers VIP passes to local clubs. Parking is available for a surcharge."

Additionally, when you search for a 3* w/fitness in this zone on the retail side of the service, this property also does pop up.

Ended up booking direct with The Ocean Reef Suites for $115 per night.
