Priceline Hotel: 5* Las Vegas (Strip North) The Venetian

Found this website and thought it was pretty cool that people share this information. I was only looking for a 5*. Here was my bidding strategy:

1st - $100 (5* and strip north)

2nd - $110 (added strip vicinity south)

3rd - $115 (added Nellis)

4th - $120 (added convention center)

5th - $125 (added strip east)

6th - $127 (added airport)

There was a PRICELINE EXPRESS deal for 5* in the same area for $137 so knew I was getting close.

I have read in some topics that some people were able to get the resort fees waived when they checked in. Any tips on getting the fee waived? Has it been successful at The Venetian?

Again, cool website... I will definitely be using it in the future... and will make sure to use the PRICELINE and HOTWIRE links embedded within the site.

I'd expect to pay a resort fee, but you could try negotiating either pre-stay or at check-in and see if there was a way you could just not use those amenities.
