Hotwire Hotel: Near the strip--east hotel 2-1/2 *

Any help appreciated! We're trying to book a Vegas hotel for 11/21/13, one night. This option near the strip-east looks viable at $23/night, but I'm having a really hard time narrowing down which hotel it could be. Here is the list of amenities:

I'm seeing a 45% approval rating and a mixed 3/5 tripadvisor rating so I'd be cautious on this listing.

It has not yet been ID'd/reported to the board. I'd guess the Fortune Hotel and Suites would be a possibility, but it may be something else.
