Because the dates are between Christmas and New Years and also on a Saints game weekend, I was worried I'd have to bid high or drop a star level. I started bidding at $62 on 10/12/13 and increased by $1 each bid, using free re-bids and bidding almost every day. I am ecstatic to have gotten it at this price considering the dates and NFL game. It was also the hotel we were hoping for. A few days ago, I checked the Express Deals and the 4* French Quarter-Canal Street hotel was $166, for reference. Link to comment
