The Westin River N, Amalfi, Dana, Public, W Lakeshore and Westin Michigan Ave would all be matches in terms of amenities. The listing notes an 8 guest rating, so that would leave out the Westin River North. Any of the others would be possible,but I'd say the W Lakeshore is probably the most likely, with the Amalfi being the least likely.

I'm seeing a 4* in the Gold Coast on HOTWIRE for $96 for these date/s - good deal for more than $20 less.

If you want to bid and are okay with staying anywhere within the zone and at any hotel within the zone at the 4* level, I'd start at $70 and work higher by $5's.

Thanks for the info. I need to be on Goose Island at 9am each day, want to stay relatively close, but the W would work. Any idea what the 4* on HOTWIRE may be?

This would be a potential match for the Public. If this is the Public and you need to be at Goose Island, you could go straight West on Division.

This is a very nice deal for this property, which was the famed/historic Ambassador East, but was completely revamped a year or so ago. The hotel restaurant (which was also redone) also has a LOT of history: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/The_Pump_Room,_Chicago
