Priceline Hotel: NYC Express Deal Hotel?

Hello,

I am looking at NYC for Saturday 1/11 to 1/13 and looking for 2 beds which is not guaranteed on a regular priceline reservation.

1st Question is for Express Deals does bed options when selecting 2 beds guarantee 2 beds?

2nd Question is..Is there a way you can tell when hotel are the below?

Times Square - 3 Star/$107 a night - Amenities:Restaurant, Business Center & Fitness Center

Downtown - 4 Star/$118 a night - Amenities:Free Net, Restaurant, Business Center & Fitness Center
