ymml Posted October 28, 2013 Report Share Posted October 28, 2013 I've tried to book a hotel on Priceline Express, and it came out with a 'this hotel is not available, your card hasn't been charged' message. Tried again, just making sure my details were correct - same message. My card has been charged, do Priceline do pre-auth's?Or should I hold off booking till I hear from them? Link to comment

thereuare Posted October 28, 2013 Report Share Posted October 28, 2013 I would first confirm that this is a 'true' charge and not a per-authorization.Also, go to the top right corner of PRICELINE's home page and go to MY PROFILE >> MY TRIPS... do you see these 'wins' listed there? (the bid may be listed so you'll need to click it to see if it's a confirmed win with the name of the hotel showing). Also, the bid/reference number will be located there as well which should enable you to call and speak to somebody (the reference number should also be in the bid rejection email).Please use the PRICELINE and HOTWIRE links on the board to begin your travel purchases.
