Hotwire Hotel: 3 1/2 Star in Condado

I'm hoping you can help me ID this hotel. Looking at the dates 1/30/2014 - 2/1/2014. The hotel is 3 1/2 stars for $157 per night and has the following amenities:

This property has not yet been reported to the board. A guess would be the Condado Lagoon Villas at Caribe Hilton but i'm far from certain.

As this is just a 2 nite stay, do you need a Condo property for this trip, as i'm seeing higher rated and better reviewed properties that are less expensive than this condo.

We have one room booked at the Condado Villas at the Caribe Hilton using honors points. I need an additional room and thought if this was the same property the price is better than anywhere else. If I were to book two rooms at another property it could end up costing more money.

You'll have to weigh the risks on this one vs. the savings compared to booking the additional room directly with the hotel.

You could also see if this same property is offered for the first or last nite of your stay and then for the other nite... if so take the risk on one nite and if the Villas go ahead and purchase the other nite, if not, deal with the one nite at a different property (and at least saved some money vs. the retail rate of a comparable property elsewhere) and then purchase the other nite direct.

I am not going to do anything at this time. Since we are three months out, we will keep our reservation and also watch hotels in San Juan for the time being. Thanks for all your help.
