Wanted a 4* on the Plaza;

set out bidding over 3 days starting at $54 and inching up about $3 per bid

[only 4 entries per day that would ensure a 4*+ near Plaza: Zone 3; Zones 3 + 1; Zones 3 + 1 + 4; and Zones 3 + 1 + 4 + 5 (at least currently...)]

Third day I hit on the third entry -- $88 bid. Ignored the "rebid at $100 to get this now" offer at my $82 bid (knew I was getting close ;-) - glad I did
