feliciash Posted October 25, 2013 Report Posted October 25, 2013 Hello. I need a bidding strategy for 4.5* hotel in MTE with $220 (+/ $20.00) being my max bid per night. I don't have any firm dates I just know that travel will be late Nov. No urgency, I am trying to be proactive so when I do get the dates I can start bidding right away. Thank you.
thereuare Posted October 25, 2013 Report Posted October 25, 2013 Rates are date specific and there for the bid amounts will differ depending upon the dates you choose. Let us know once your plans are firm and we'll suggest a strategy for you to follow. Please click each of these PRICELINE and HOTWIRE links before posting.Thanks. AaronJB Posted October 26, 2013 Report Posted October 26, 2013 $220-240 may fall a little short for a 4.5*, but it is worth a try and will hopefully be successful. I'd start at $175 and work higher by $5's using re-bidding. However, I'll also ask: is MTE the only acceptable zone?Thank you for using the board's HOTWIRE or PRICELINE links to start your purchases and searches.
feliciash Posted October 26, 2013 Author Report Posted October 26, 2013 For now I only want to focus on MTE. I may become flexible if my budget doesn't fit with my bidding.
