I believe there are more amenities then what you have posted above as HOTWIRE has a new interface that does not show the complete set of amenities unless you click thru a few extra links.

Although the boundaries in this area have recently been re-zoned, I believe the Avalon is still located in the Beverly Hills zone... this is in the Century City zone, correct?

I'm not currently seeing this property when searching HOTWIRE for your dates, are you still seeing this on your own search?
