gohawks8941 Posted October 22, 2013 Report Posted October 22, 2013 Bid $45 and then went up to $50 after adding a zone without a 3.5 star. I have stayed at this hotel last year when it was still the Raddison and this was the one I expected to get. This hotel appears to be on Express pricing for $50 $52 so not much cheaper

Of note as some people may not be aware if you do express pricing and there is a resort fee Priceline now makes you pay that up front. This property shows amenities of swimming pool, restaurant, shuttle, business center and fitness center.

The way it is worded/displayed on their site, it appears to me that PRICELINE is showing the resort fee more clearly, but it is still charged and paid for directly at the hotel:Mandatory fee of $10 per room per night is collected at the hotel. andMandatory Fee: This hotel charges an additional $10 per room per night. This fee will be charged to you directly by the hotel. Mandatory fees are not optional and typically cover items such as resort fees, energy charges or safe fees. The amount of the charge is subject to change.Thanks. Please use this HOTWIRE and these PRICELINE LINKS: HOTELS, CAR RENTALS, and AIRFARE to begin your travel purchases
gohawks8941 Posted October 30, 2013 Author Report Posted October 30, 2013 The charge did not include the resort fee and as I said it lets you know up front if you are doing express pricing and adds the total in. I booked a name your own price.
