No, 2013. 3 rooms for 12 people.

The confusion is that you listed the dates as both May 25-27 as well as Oct 25-27. Also, the hotels offered often change based upon the number of rooms and guests. However, i am now seeing this when searching for 3rooms/12adults for Oct 25-27.

Best guess for this property would be the Hampton Inn and Suites Seattle Downtown.
