Hi,

Can anyone help me ID this deal? Priceline 2.5* express deal for Universal Orlando Resort Area - Intl. Drive North 07/31/14 - 08/01/14 for $57.

Ameneties: Free breakfast, free internet in room, Outdoor Swimming Pool, free parking, Fitness Center

Guest rating: 7 out of 10 (or higher)

Choose bed: Standard or Suite

Any guess what hotel this could be?

Thanks!

This property has not yet been reported to the board.

Is there something in particular that you're looking for from this stay... why this property and not the 3* in the zone for just $3 more, gives you a higher rated hotel as well as a higher user review rating (8.0 vs. 7.0 for the 2.5* property)?

Hi and thanks for your reply. First of all I would like to apologize for my bad english. I`m from Germany and it`s a little hard for me to write in another language ;)

A 3* property for just $3 more doesn`t show up in my search results. I`m searching for a property near Universal, with free parking and good reviews.

I found another express deal for just $2 more:

3 Star Hotel in Universal Orlando Resort Area - Intl. Drive North for $59/night - This deal saves 20% or more compared to similar hotels

Rated 7 out of 10 (or higher)

Ameneties:

Free Internet in room, Outdoor Swimming Pool, Free Parking, Restaurant, Business Center, Fitness Center

Additional Mandantory Fee: $3.50

Could this be the International Palms Resort (Which I really don`t want to get)?

Best guess would be Best Western Gateway.

Yellowdog.

PS. please remember to follow-up this thread with whatever you end up doing for this trip, even if you don't use PRICELINE or HOTWIRE, cancel the trip, book direct, etc.

I'll also add that the International Palms Resort Orlando is currently 2* rated by PRICELINE, so as long as the hotel you purchase is 2.5* or higher, you should successfully be able to avoid that property.
