Priceline Hotel: Help With Selecting Miami Zones

I am planning on a 3 nights stay middle of November in Miami. I will have a rental car so am looking at reasonably priced zones with hotels that provide free parking. Are there zones that I would be guaranteed of getting a 2.5 - 3* hotel with free parking?

If you are looking for a guarantee of free parking, I would suggest looking at PRICELINE EXPRESS or HOTWIRE for a listing with free parking as an amenity.

What is the purpose of this trip? Is there a specific location you need to be near? (as hotels with free parking are more likely to be further from the 'typical' tourist locations)

It will be a sight seeing trip. Hope to see some of the 'must see' locations and will probably go for a day trip to the keys, south Beach and the architecture with perhaps a swamp/boat tour. Also will be spending 2-3 days around Tampa so any suggestions for zones there would also be appreciated :) Also hoping to spend around 75-80 plus tax/fees.

PRICELINE EXPRESS has what i'm guessing to be the Best Western Plus Windsor Inn for $80 (less 5% link in my signature) brings this down to $76/nite... would this work for your needs, OR you could also look at staying near the airport but there really isn't too much in the immediate area.
