After several attempts to get a room in DC for less than $85 from Oct 26 to Oct 30 and failing, I decided to change my strategy. I broke up my bids.

This was my bidding strategy.

Granted my stay in DC is from Oct 26 to Oct 30, but I now can change my reservations at my hotel in Crystal City to reflect a check in on Monday, Oct 28 and check out on Wednesday, Oct. 30th. I will keep on trying to get a room via price line for the remaining two days.
