Hotwire Hotel: 3* Downtown Las Vegas

Looking at Hotwire for downtown Las Vegas 1/3/14 to 1/8/14 and I see a 3 star hotel but no casino is listed. I have been downtown many a time and I cannot think of a place that would have 3 stars and not have a casino. Any help would be greatly appreciated, thanks.
