I found one website "Vacation.hotwire" that listed 100% customer satisfaction for 9 reviews and free internet and this was the Trump not Halekulani

I would also like to know where on Hotwire's website do you find customer reviews?

HOTWIRE's vacation product is powered on the backend by Expedia, so you can't cross reference the two. As well, even when using the link you provided above, i'm seeing 473 reviews for the Trump.
