mixvinyl Posted October 11, 2013 Author Report Posted October 11, 2013 What's really odd to me is that if I only search for one room, the price is $119 for the same dates and the following:4* Cool hotel with restaurant dining on site Pet friendlySmoke Free RoomsFitness CenterRestaurant(s)Internet accessAccessible for the blindAccessible for the deafAccessible path of travelIn-room accessibilityAccessible bathroomHandicapped parkingRoll-in showerIs this the same hotel - Westin Seattle ?
thereuare Posted October 11, 2013 Report Posted October 11, 2013 When searching for only one room, how many adults/children are you searching for? Whenever you search for more than double occupancy there is a good chance at least some of the hotel offers will change as some hotels only allow HOTWIRE bookings for up to double occupancy as this gives them greater flexibility in assigning their rooms. As well, some hotels charge more for triple/quad occupancy which can effect which hotel at a given star rating is shown in the search results OR it's also possible that the hotel above only has one room available to HOTWIRE and by searching for 2 rooms you are presented a different property. If purchasing one room and possibly receiving different hotels for each purchase (assuming you need two rooms) is an option you can let me know the occupancy you're searching for above and i can investigate further for increased/descreased confidence, but simply based upon the amenities you have posted my guess for this property would be the Renaissance.A few years back i stayed at this Westin and enjoyed my stay, as well as thought the location was good... is there something in particular that you're looking for? Please use the PRICELINE and HOTWIRE links on the board to begin your travel purchases.
