thereuare Posted October 1, 2013 Report Posted October 1, 2013 At current rates, for a 4* hotel in one of the zones above i think you're likely looking in the $260-$280 range... perhaps a little less if you decide to include the southern zones such as Downtown, Soho, and LES. However, regardless of what you decide to bid next, you can bid better than you have been bidding.Let us know your maximum bid for a 4* hotel as well as which zones are acceptable and we'll advise accordingly. I've read a few of your older posts and your recommendations when you're in the 200's bids in increments of $2-$3. Is that what you meant? Thanks.
