mlascheid Posted October 12, 2005 Report Posted October 12, 2005 I have a question about wording....Does near beach and beach access mean the same thing? In the Hotwire list of hotels it lists "beach access" as an amenity for the Holiday Inn Ft. lauderdale Beach, but the above post states "near beach" as an amenity for the hotel. I also just saw on Hotwire 3* Ft. Lauderdale Beach with amenities: Near beach, restraurant(s), Pool(s), Fitness Center and Business Center for $64/nite 12/10/05. Could this be the Holiday Inn ft. Lauderdale Beach? Sounds like it to me, but wanted to get some reassurance. We are already booked there through Priceline, but we need another room and now we don't want to chance gettting a different hotel by going through Priceline...so thought we'd give Hotwire a try this time! Forgot to mention that it is also listed as a Best Value

mlascheid Posted October 14, 2005 Author Report Posted October 14, 2005 Hotel has amenities listed as Near Beach, Pool(s), Restaurant(s), Fitness Center, Business Center. It is Listed For $62/night for 12/10/05. I think it may be the Holiday Inn Ft. Lauderdale Beach....any thoughts?
