Priceline Hotel: 4* Fort Lauderdale (Hollywood) Crowne Plaza Hollywood Beach Resort Hotel

Had to have these specific dates, which gave me no flexibility. Wanted to stay at the Westin Diplomat, but that was fully booked. Crowne Plaza, the only nearby hotel in the same class, was busy picking up virtually all 4-star requests for the area at $214-$224 on every travel site.

A couple of days ago I ran out of 4-star bids (zones) getting from $79 to $133. After 24 hours, I started around $150 - and immediately got a one-time counter offer at $206. Turned that down, as I had another 6 tries - my next try at 177 was rejected, then $187 was accepted.
