Rates crom the express deals for 4* in the Santa Monica area were way above budget, so decided to go downtown.Saw a win at 92 for the exact same dates, therefore I started with 85. there was an immediate counteroffer of 24. Rejected and raised until 92. (Done on 24 September)Valet parking was 40$ per night, but I guess that goes for all hotels in LA. Used the PRICELINE link for all bids and this win!
