I tried a few bids yesterday, for 4* and 4.5* in both downtown and old Montreal. Today I had to do the same thing with slightly higher bids, but still didn't win until I lowered my price and added the 3* option.

I'm happy with the result. It looks like a decent hotel, and I hear it's still considered peak season in Montreal, so I think it's a good deal.

I'm looking forward to seeing beautiful Montreal in the early fall. :)

ETA: I believe my failed bids were in the 80-95 range for 4* and 4.5*. I was hoping to luck out, but I guess my bids were way too low for those categories.
