hopeland Posted September 28, 2013 Report Posted September 28, 2013 Used the new and improved BiddingHelper.com as always for this win.Was secretly hoping for the Grand Hyatt, but Hyatt Regency was a close second. Due to the amenity list I was expecting the Hyatt Regency though.Updated Amenity List: • Free Parking • Airport Shuttle • Fitness Center • Restaurant(s) • Business Center • High-Speed Internet Access • Accessible for the blind • Accessible for the deaf • Accessible path of travel • In-room accessibility • Accessible bathroom • Handicapped parking • Roll-in showerTried my luck at Priceline first and bid up to $79 with no takers. Not sure why this night is more expensive than others, since most people seem to have gotten lucky with Priceline between $50-$60.I didn't want to bid any higher since I guessed that the Hotwire deal was one of the on-airport Hyatts. With a very early morning flight, convenience was an important factor, so I don't have to worry about long shuttle rides to-and-fro.Retail prices for both Hyatts were around $250, so while I value convenience, I don't value it *that* much. Glad to be getting a good deal for a reasonable price.
