Helped a friend with this bid over the phone, hoping he used the right links!

Anyhow, we reviewed PRICELINE EXPRESS Deals first, it was unusually high. Regent's Park listed at $125 and it was the cheapest of what I consider the desirable zones. So I had him work his bidding with permutations and combinations with Bloomsbury, Mayfair, Notting Hill, Westminster, City starting at $100 and working up $1-$2 at a time. Not a bad win, but it's more expensive than it was a few months ago!
