Secured this on second bid today: first bid was at $60 for 3.5 star hotel in San Pedro zone (failed).

Added Long Beach zone and reduced bid to $59 for 3.5 star hotel and got it within seconds.

Overnight parking at this property is $18 while the San Pedro hotels offer free parking. I'll go on a hunt for cheaper parking in the area. :)
