2nd driver for car rental/priceline

I'm bidding on a minivan for Orlando,what is the procedure to add a 2nd driver on? Is this something I need to do at pick up, and any idea on how much would this be? Thanks in advance for the help.

For your car rental, adding a second driver is something that you would do directly at the check-in counter, and here is PRICELINE's information on the subject: Priceline Adding a Second Drive

The cost varies from one company to the next... some include a spouse at no additional charge, others charge for any additional drive (could be $8-$15/day). The original 3 people for this trip has grown to seven. So we are looking at the option of getting a rental home. Hotwire can do 2bd suites, but the group is leaning toward a 3-4 br home.
