Haute Ville and Basse Ville are a five and a ten minute walk, respectively. They knew my reservation was through Priceline and thus put me in a smaller room right next to the elevator columns. They said they could upgrade me to a larger room away from the elevator for an extra $20 per night. There were some hidden fees. Self parking is $23 and valet parking is $28. Internet cost an extra $13.50 USD per day. It is possible to park your car in a lot about two blocks away for $14/day.
