TravelTink Posted September 17, 2013 Report Posted September 17, 2013 By using the HOTWIRE link on your site I found a 4* hotel in the Arlington-Falls Church area offered for $102 per night for 10/10/13 through 10/13/13. The hotel has a 90% recommendation. These are the amenities listed...Pet friendlyIndoor pool(s) Smoke Free RoomsFitness Center Pool(s) Restaurant(s) Business Center High-Speed Internet Access Accessible for the blind Accessible for the deaf In-room accessibility Accessible bathroom Roll-in shower I know this is not the Hyatt since they are not pet friendly. Maybe the Westin or Sheraton? Any thoughts?
yellowdog Posted September 17, 2013 Report Posted September 17, 2013 Welcome to BetterBidding :) Best guess would be Westin.Thanx for using the HOTWIRE links on the board and let us know how it goes or if we can be of further help with this stay.Yellowdog.PS. please remember to follow-up this thread with whatever you end up doing for this trip, even if you don't use PRICELINE or HOTWIRE, cancel the trip, book direct, etc.
TravelTink Posted September 17, 2013 Author Report Posted September 17, 2013 Thanks for the reply. I'm guessing the Westin as well. I'll be sure to reply with whatever we book.

TravelTink Posted September 17, 2013 Author Report Posted September 17, 2013 By again using the HOTWIRE link on this site I found another deal that I am unsure about because the amenities don't match the hotel lists you have. This is a 3* in Capitol Hill-National Mall area for the same dates (10/10-10/13) offered for $110 per night. These are the amenities...Free Breakfast Free Internet Pet friendly Suite Laundry Facilities (self-service)High-Speed Internet Access Accessible for the blind Accessible for the deaf Accessible path of travel In-room accessibility Accessible bathroomRoll-in showerI'm thinking Capitol Hill Suites (now called Capitol Hill Hotel) with an updated amenities list? Assuming that's correct and the above hotel is in fact the Westin, which would you choose??
thereuare Posted September 17, 2013 Report Posted September 17, 2013 I'd agree with your guess of the Capitol Hill Hotel. Assuming this is a 'tourist visit' i would take this property based on location, as i would prefer to stay directly in the city as opposed to the outer suburbs. Thanks for using the PRICELINE and HOTWIRE links on the board.Let us know what you decide and how it goes or if we can be of further help. Please use this HOTWIRE and these PRICELINE LINKS: HOTELS, CAR RENTALS, and AIRFARE to begin your travel purchases
TravelTink Posted September 17, 2013 Author Report Posted September 17, 2013 We were right, it's the Capitol Hill Hotel. Booked for $110 per night through HOTWIRE. Thanks!!
