Hotwire Hotel: 5* South Strip 22 Oct - 28 Oct

Hi

I used the link to search for a 5* hotel for a stay from the 22nd - 28th Oct and have got an offer of $1140 but i cant work out if the hotel is the four seasons or vdara?

Can anyone help at all?

Any ideas?

I clicked on the offer which took me to the page where it shows some photos of rooms that may be the hotel and mentions which hotel the last person recieved. The amenities are then listed below but with no 'see all'?

If so, this would be a possible match for the Vdara or Four Seasons. I'd lean towards the Vdara, but with this information, either is a possibility.

Thanks so much! In an ideal world we would like a 5 star hotel with in a casino resort from 22-28th Oct. Price wise, we just want it as cheap as possible :) Ive just searched again using BiddingHelper.com and now the only 5 stars avaailable via HOTWIRE are Trump Towers and Vdara (I think) both of which i don't want to stay at. So Ive played with price line and after 11 bids going upto $75 they were all rejected - no surprise really but i just wanted to see if i got a counter offer but i didnt. I then went onto the PRICELINE EXPRESS tab and there was a hotel there for $268 per night which detailed 'encore' rooms to choose from. Can i take it that this is the Wynn? (North Strip 5 star) Do you think this is a good deal? I would love to stay there and i suspect i wouldnt be able to get it any cheaper.

We have not yet seen the Encore (or Wynn) reported to the board thru PRICELINE EXPRESS, but it would a reasonable assumption that this is the hotel you're being offered above.

Since this an extended stay you could see if this same property is offered for the first (or last) nite of your stay and then again for the balance. If so, you could purchase the solo nite in order to 'look behind the curtain'. If you're happy with the results purchase the remaining nites, if not, make alternate plans for the balance of your stay.

Also, note that the discount link code in my signature will give you an additional 10% OFF PRICELINE EXPRESS hotels in Vegas, but this expires tomorrow, 9/16.

I am seeing what appears to be the Venetian or Palazzo on HOTWIRE for $220/nite, but not sure if you prefer one of these at $220 or what appears to be the Encore for $241 (when taking into account the 10% off)

Oh any saving is great but i want to get as much bang for my buck as possible :)

I now have two options. Same dates and star rating.

As golf isnt mentioned for cosmo im thinking this could be the bellagio or aria? Any ideas?

Can you please run a new search through bord's BiddingHelper.com on top of the page. Please copy and paste the amenities and price in US Dollars you'll see in the Easy View tab. Please post to the board in US Dollars so that rates are consistent and not subject to interpretation due to future currency fluctuation. Once you're ready to purchase stay on the US version of their site and simply change the drop down menu to whatever currency you'd like to use and complete your purchase.

No, your computer is OK. Please read the info on the easy view tab. That explains your issue.

Hi All,

Im trying to secure a hotel on the strip 5* for the above period but i dont want Trump towers or any in the south strip zone.

Ive been bidding for two days and so far havent managed to get an offer accepted.

Im bidding up in $5 intervals, currently at $205 (using the PRICELINE link).

I havent recieved any counter offers is this normal? Also, what would you recommend as my next starting bid?
