Need help with identifying the following:

Seaworld 3* was at $77 now $79 for dates 11/22/13-11/24/13 they say full value rate is $154

2 bedroom, free parking, kitchen, washer and dryer, fitness center, pool, business center and front desk

There are not any additional amenities listed other than above. The washer and dryer are in the room and its a condo and coin operated laundry services available as well? Please see other amenities above. 80% recommended.
