Unfortunately this porperty has not yet been reported to the board, and with just the amenities above, which are present at many 3* hotels in the city, i don't have any additional insight as to which one this may be.

Well...we tried bidding up to/around the same price as the express deal, but no luck. So we decided to just go for it and we got the Edison hotel.
