Started bids using your PRICELINE link at $90 and added $5 increments until got Silver Cloud Stadium for $140. I'm a huge baseball fan and it's directly across from Safeco Field - although the Mariners won't be in town then (which is probably why I got it :) ) Claims to be close to the light rail which is good. While this property is loosely defined as on the outskirts of Downtown, glad to see that it will work for your needs this trip.
