Is the second property 3.5* rated (i added that to your post) and in the Downtown-Metrocenter zone?

If so, best guess for this property would be the Millennium Maxwell House - Nashville.

For the 4* property, which zone is this located in as i don't see anything like this offer when searching HOTWIRE for your dates and 2rooms/4adults/0children?
