I bid $150 per night for 9/20 - 9/22 and 9/27 - 9/29 and was denied. It told me if I only bid just 33 more for dates of 9/27 - 9/29 it would give me the rooms. I declined and started over and put in bid of $160 for 9/27 - 9/29 and it accepted.

This is a Great hotel. Probably the best because it's closer to downtown and is renovated and has club in it. Definitely good for the younger crowd.
