I am still seeing it, but its $56 now.

I searched for 2 adults.

I see this offer... best guess for this one would be the Quality Hotel Inn at False Creek.

The % recommended is very different. Is it often that far off? The Quality Hotel is 71% on Trip Advisor, but listed on HW as 85%

The hotwire recommended in % and the TA rating in % are two diffrent things. So there is no way to cross-reference this in order to try to ID the property.
