Needed a hotel just for a night before flying out. Worked my way up from $90 and tried many areas around the center of Paris before I got this, which I am very happy with. List rate for the night was $281.

In almost all hotel markets Sunday nite is the least expensive nite of the week... tourists have already gone home and business travelers have not yet arrived.

In addition, that week is Paris Fashion Week so there would be lots of people in Paris for that.
