Reference from Express Deal, there is a one 4 stars hotel in the same zone cost $106, so I thought around $95 could be fine. Then $92 is deal. Question: Should I always look at Express Deal as a reference? If they don't have cheap price for Express Deal, doesn it mean I can't get a cheap price via bidding also? Thanks for your answer!
