4 out of 5 on Tripadvisor

Free Parking

Free Breakfast

Free Internet

Pet friendly

Laundry Facilities (self-service)

Original plan got changed last minute.

There was also a $52 2* room in Anaheim - Disneyland North area hotel. Amenities are free parking, free breakfast, free internet, pet friendly, suite, laundry facilities (self-service), high-speed internet access and kitchenette. 4 out of 5 on Tripadvisor but only 65% on Hotwire. It said the last person got Quality Inn & Suites Anaheim Resort. However, I had a feeling it would have been the Extended Stay America Hotel Orange County - Anaheim Convention Center. What do you think?

Is this the Extended Stay America - Orange County - Cypress at 5990 Corporate Ave?

If so, this property charges more for rooms with two beds even when booked directly on their website (although the price difference on their website is $5/nite and that is the amount i would try to counter with if they want to charge $15/nite... using the price difference on their website as the reason for 'accepting' $5/nite as a reasonable amount)

Yes. It's the Extended Stay America - Orange County - Cypress at 5990 Corporate Ave. Unfortunately, they are not reducing the "upgrade" fee. This is already the second time I'm charged for changing room type with priceline/hotwire within the last 30 days. I've never been charged for changing room type with priceline before, and I've used priceline for years. Not liking this trend.

If the hotel charges more for a room with two beds vs. one bed for their conventionally booked guests then i don't have a problem with an additional fee for PRICELINE / HOTWIRE guests... but i do think that the fee should be the same (ie- the upgrade fee should be the price difference of the two rooms as per the hotel's own website)
