I guess it's JW Marriott, but I wonder whether $303 is a good price, consider early October is really crowded and hard to bid from Priceline

I agree with you, best guess would be JW Marriott.

It looks like your savings are around $80/night compared to rack rate.

You can always try to undercut the HOTWIRE price on PRICELINE if you want to go that route.
