It's difficult to guess with so few amenities (and common ones at that), but my guess for the 3* would be the Aston Maui Kaanapali Villas... for the 3.5* i think the Outrigger Aina Nalu, Marriott Maui Ocean Club, or the Aston Kaanapali Shores would all be among the possibilities.
