I've never used priceline - tried to bid but failed with 150$!!!

Please help me ID this hotel, if the location is near a train station to McCormick, I may just buy this.

The hotels cost soooooo much during the conference period!!! :(

Oh I'm going Oct 25th and staying for 4-5 nights. :)

Which date/s are you looking at to get the above listing? (checkout 29th or 30th?)

I'll look to see if I see anything else of note.

Let me take a look at the PRICELINE Express deal. In the meantime:

I'm seeing what appears to be potential match the new Thompson Chicago (it was the Sutton Place, but has been closed for renovations and is opening in October as the Thompson) for $129. This is not near McCormick. However, it is near public transit and it's the trade off of closer to McCormick vs a nice, fresh hotel in a good area (the Thompson is in the Gold Coast area, which has a lot of restaurant/nightlife options, as well as a couple of minutes walk to the top end of the NMA area.)

I'm also seeing what may be the Hampton Majestic. Not a 4*, but in the Loop + free breakfast. $117.

I'm also seeing these listings for 10/25-30, although for SLIGHTLY different prices.

Lastly, I'm seeing what appears to be the Hyatt on Wacker for $128 for 10/25-30.

The PRICELINE Express amenities are unfortunately extremely common and the Palmer, Hard Rock, W City Center (although that's unlikely), Fairmont (less likely), Hilton, JW Marriott (unlikely), Radisson Blu (unlikely), the Wit (unlikely) and the Blackstone Renaissance.

The Hyatt on Wacker is on HOTWIRE, as are the potential Thompson and Hampton Majestic.

Unfortunately, there's no way to narrow it down further - with the express deals listings (especially when there's only a couple of very common amenities), there's really no way to narrow it down to a particular hotel.

Are any of the HOTWIRE deals of interest? (The Hyatt, Majestic or Thompson?) If so, let us know and we would be happy to point out which listing is which.

If you stayed in the Gold Coast, you could take a quick Red Line trip into the Loop, then cab it the rest of the way. Bit further, more steps, but a nice hotel option.

Additionally, if you are having a conference at McCormick, I'd think the conference may provide some sort of transit from downtown hotels.
