I can't get the same hotel to appear on my standard search for 2 adults. How many rooms/adults/children did you search for? Can you please run a new search and confirm that you still can see this hotel on your search.

Ok,ran another search...the prices have now changed. The first hotel is now $38/night, the second hotel is now $59/night. Two adults, no children.

Have you double checked the amenities for the 3* that you're currently seeing, as my search for your dates show a 3* hotel in this zone with the following amenities:

My best guess for the 3* would be the Inn at Stonebriar... for the 2.5* my guess would be the Extended Stay Deluxe Dallas - Plano - Plano Parkway.

I've been instructed to reply to this thread. This was the Stonebriar Inn. The Inn has been bought by Choice Hotels since I stayed there TWO years ago. It's now a Comfort Inn. And I haven't stayed there since, so I can't report on the quality of the property.
