bestenborstel Posted August 22, 2013 Report Posted August 22, 2013 Hi.I wondered how a re-bid strategy could look like of there is only one zone. Surely, I would not like to change my dates because they are fixed. The only option I could see is to lower the number of stars. Are there any general discussions about this topic, please?Thank you.BB
thereuare Posted August 22, 2013 Report Posted August 22, 2013 You can strategically add/remove acceptable zones in order to increase the number of bids available within each 24 hour period. If you are asking in regards to a specific trip please post the details (desired star rating, city, zone(s), budget, dates, etc) and we will try to assist further. Please use the PRICELINE and HOTWIRE links on the board to begin your travel purchases. JeremyCain Posted April 29, 2014 Report Posted April 29, 2014 I want to stay in Windsor, ON, Canada and don't feel like staying in Detroit across the river. It is only one zone. What's the best way to optimize my bidding potential? Can I start at 1 star and bid low and then increase the star level each time as my bids go up or do I have to bid with the highest star level first then go down? This would be for checking in May 3 and out May 4th.
